1. Shipping Options
The following shipping options are available for products purchased on Mayura: a. Economy: If you are willing to wait a little longer for your items to be delivered (2-5) days, Mayura offers Economy shipping for free. There is no minimum order requirement you have to meet to be eligible for free shipping because everyone deserves free shipping! b. Standard: If you are willing to wait a day for your items to be delivered, Mayura offers Standard shipping at an extremely competitive rate. The shipping rate for Standard option varies based on the total weight and volume of the items you have purchased. c. Express: If you cannot wait and need your items to be delivered on the same day, Mayura offers Express shipping for your convenience. The shipping rate for Express option varies based on the total weight and volume of the items you have purchased. Lastly, additional shipping options may be offered for products listed by third-party sellers, if they choose to add more shipping options. You will be able to assess all the available shipping options and their respective rates on the check out page before you place your order.
2. Order Tracking
For all orders placed using one of the three shipping options (Economy, Standard, Express) provided by Mayura , a tracking number will be issued by the courier service provider, which should appear on your “My Orders” page. You can track your order at any time by following these steps: a. Log into your Mayura Account b. Go to “My Orders” on your “Account” page c. Select the order you would like to track d. Click on “Track Package” to track the status of your shipmen
Operating hours may differ depending on the courier service provider. However, for standard delivery service, you can expect your item to be delivered from 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays. For an exact date and time of delivery, our courier service providers will contact you prior to delivery attempts. If you are not available at the time of delivery attempt, the courier service provider will try to contact you again the next working day. Please note that the order will be automatically cancelled in the case that our courier service provider cannot contact you, so it is very important that you provide us with correct and up-to-date contact information.
