1.Mayura Return Policy

Items purchased on Mayura can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.  
Under the Mayura Return Policy, the following conditions apply to Change of Mind returns: 
• All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with thereturned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable). 
• Items must be in new and unworn condition. 
• Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse, or tampering are damaged, missing parts, or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return. 
• Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. 
These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are damaged or faulty. 

Software

Software is a unique category and has specific guidelines. 
• If the product was sold in new condition and has been opened, it cannot be returned unless it is defective. 
• If the product is materially different, it can be returned in its original condition, as long as it is postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery of the original shipment. 
Note: Mayura only sells full retail versions of software. 

Electronics

Buyers can return electronics if the products are postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery of the original shipment. 
• If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, the buyer must report the defect or damage to you within two (2) days of receipt and arrange a return. 
• If the item becomes defective more than seven (7) days after shipment and is under warranty, Mayura or the third-party seller will assist you in pursuing 
  a warranty claim with the manufacturer. 
Note: Before you return a product that has non-volatile internal memory (like an MP3 player or a digital camera), make sure to clear the devices of any personal data. Non-volatile memory is any computerized memory that can keep information stored even when not powered.

2.Seller Return Policy

When you order from a third-party seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory, your return is sent back to the seller instead of Mayura. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Mayura’s, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller profile page. Thirdparty sellers must either provide a return address within the Kingdom of Cambodia, provide return shipping without charge, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may file a claim to seek help with your return. 

3.Return Conditions

In order for an item to be eligible for a return, one or more of the following conditions must be met: 
a.  Damaged: Item that is damaged on arrival or has broken packaging. To return a damaged item, the plastic wrap or seal of the item must be intact and all packaging and accessories must be included.  
b.  Wrong Item: Item received is not what you ordered. To return a wrong item, the item must not have been used, is sealed, and in original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.  
c.  Defective Item: Item does not function as described by the seller. To return a defective item, though it can be tested, it must be in a “new” condition without any cosmetic damages and include all packaging and accessories. 
d.  Not as Advertised: Item is different from the description or the photo on the product page. to return a not as advertised item, the item must not have been used, is sealed, and in original condition with all packaging and accessories.  
e.  Change of Mind: Item is no longer needed or wanted. To return a change of mind item, the item must not have been used, must be sealed, and in original condition with all packaging and accessories.  
f.  Wrong Size: Item does not fit because it is too big/small. To return a wrong size item,though it can be tested, it must be in a “new”  codition without any cosmetic damages and  include all packaging and accessories.  

Not all sellers on Mayura will accept returns for all conditions listed above, so please make sure to check the return policy of the seller beforeyou purchasean item. You can view a seller’s Returns and Refunds Policy on their seller profile page. 

4.Refund Policy

Upon successful return of an item, Mayura and/or the thirdparty seller will assess whether the returned item would be eligible for a refund. If the returned item qualifies for a refund, a full refund will be issued to you in the method the paymentwas originally made to purchase the item. However, at the sole discretion of Mayura, you may, at certain situations, be given an option to select a method of refund. Please note that it may take up to fifteen (15) days to process a reversal of payment made by credit card. 
      

5.Cancellation Policy

You are eligible to cancel any order you have placed within thirty (30) minutes of order placement. Furthermore, you are eligible to cancel any order that is in “Unshipped” status. You will not be charged any fees for successful order cancellations. However, please note that an order may not be cancelled once it is shipped by Mayura or the third-party seller.
